Afroza Momen

Afroza Momen, though a doctor by profession, has always harbored a deep-seated creativity. Born in Dariay Daulat, Bancharampur, Brahmonbaria, she was involved with a theater group in Sylhet alongside her studies and even performed on stage. After completing her MBBS from Sylhet Medical College, she pursued an M.Phil post-graduate degree from BSMMU. For 30 years, she has taught in various medical colleges across the country, serving as an Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, and Professor. She continues to work as a Principal of a medical college, alongside her teaching duties.
