Johannes Mair

Johannes Mair has been working as a filmmaker in the field of mountain and climbing sports since 2008. During this time, he has worked with numerous top international athletes such as Jakob Schubert, Hansjörg Auer, Anna Stöhr, Kilian Fischhuber, Barbara Zangerl, Jacopo Larcher, Guido Unterwurzacher, Nadine Wallner, Beat Kammerlander, Nina Caprez, Albert Leichtfried and many more. His work focuses on authentic stories centered around life in the mountains and the individual approach of the athletes – a style for which several of his films have won awards.
