She took her children and left home, seeking refuge in Eskitepe, the village where she was born and raised, with her sister Sonay, with whom she had been estranged for a long time. Together, the two sisters left all their grudges behind, determined to revive the family's ancestral dairy. Just as Umay was about to put her life in order, a man with a dark and mysterious past appeared before her. Now, the fate of both herself and her children rested in the hands of this dangerous man…

Umay is doing everything she can to help Kürşat, who brought her son to her, to recover. Sonay, upon seeing Kürşat at home, is shocked because he looks very much like her husband Serhat, whom she lost years ago. Affan storms the dairy to get Melik back and confront Umay, but he encounters Kürşat. After being beaten up, Affan becomes very suspicious of Kürşat. Who is this man? But then Sonay steps in… and reveals that Kürşat is her husband. Everyone is stunned. Murat, in particular, absolutely refuses to believe that his father, whom he lost years ago, is alive. Convinced that his father is one of the wanted fugitives, Affan and Murat report Kürşat to the police.

Things are starting to get complicated in Eskitepe. Umay is horrified by the newspaper clippings she found and read in Kürşat's bag. Affan is also hatching dark plans to expose Kürşat's true identity. Unaware of all this, Sonay is falling in love with Kürşat moment by moment.

Sonay is becoming increasingly unable to tolerate the growing closeness between Umay and Kürşat. The bond between the two sisters is on the verge of breaking. Meanwhile, Tuncel, the man holding the dagger in Kürşat's back, arrives in Kars. The two siblings are once again face to face, like Cain and Abel. As Kürşat confronts the past he has been running from for years, will he be able to protect those he loves this time?
