Carlos Sainz faces his 14th Dakar. He defends his title and bids farewell to his family while enjoying breakfast. He begins an adventure with the same passion as when he started 40 years ago in rallying. We discover how he got started in motorsports. Carlos receives the Princess of Asturias Award in recognition of his entire career and his values in sport. In an emotional speech, Sainz reflects on his career and the education of his children. During the speech, he praises the figure of his wife, Reyes. While closely following his son’s career, he recalls his last years in the World Rally Championship and his arrival at the Dakar.
