The casts of Teen Mom OG and Teen Mom 2 are each currently in different stages of motherhood - some have kids in diapers, while others are now parenting teenagers! But they all share the unique experience of momming so young. For the first time, the moms and all their stories will be brought together in one supersized series that focuses on the unique bond this "Mom Group" shares as they face the reality of parenthood and adulting while entering this next phase of life together.
Ep 1Wishful Thinking
Amber, Catelynn, Maci, Cheyenne, Leah, Briana, Ashley, & Jade all come together and start a Group chat to stay in touch. Briana wins the lawsuit against a former Teen Mom 2 cast member.

Catelynn's anxiety rises when she notices her daughter's head is flat on one side. Jade is nervous to meet Jenelle while Sean shops for an engagement ring. Briana's stress puts a toll on her mental health.
Ep 3Give Yourself A Little Slack
Briana plans a trip to see her estranged father. Cheyenne struggles with the aftermath of the shooting incident. Maci celebrates Bentley's 13th birthday and fears the bowling alley will trigger her PTSD. Catelynn has surgery to remove a cyst.

Leah moves into her new house and is open to having a baby with Jaylan. Cheyenne & Zach decide they need a fresh start and look for a new house. Briana celebrates Stella's graduation and gets Cheyenne’s advice on co-parenting when Luis doesn’t show up.

Cheyenne supports Cory as his daughter is born with a heart condition. Amber is officially done with her probation. Bentley wants social media but Maci worries about online predators. Briana gets a mental health diagnosis. Catelynn sets new boundaries.
Ep 6Teen Mom Sisters for Life
Catelynn invites all the moms to go on a glamping trip in Florida to celebrate Amber’s birthday. Maci & Catelynn are surprised when Ashley doesn’t join. Amber has a great time but the verdict of her custody case is still looming.
