Lene and Anders have received the keys to Hotel Edelweiss and the family's new home. The couple's youngest son, Otto, starts at the local school on the same day, but what happens when no one in the family speaks German? The rest of the family goes through the 1700 square meter alpine hotel with their interior design friend Katrine, and Lene and Anders soon realize that their ambitions for the hotel are far greater than their budget.

Episode 2

Anders is seriously challenged when the power goes out in large parts of the hotel, and he has to troubleshoot ten electrical panels across five floors. At the same time, a lot of friends from Denmark arrive to help - including Lene's friend and co-investor, Birgit Aaby.

Episode 3

In the middle of a major rebuilding project in Austria, Lene has to go to Denmark to work. Things don't get any better when Lene falls and bruises five ribs and can't help out at the hotel or with the move. At the same time, the couple are trying to agree on what the hotel's bar should look like - and it's causing waves to rise.

Episode 4

With only one month until the opening, Lene and Anders are under pressure, and it doesn't get any better when the new chef discovers that the kitchen isn't ready. At the same time, packages and bookings are pouring in. And in the midst of the chaos, Lene suddenly has to help a cow calve.
