After presenting an impressive demo at the studio, Tariq is offered the golden ticket. He's going to produce a track with "The" Kaldrick King. When he meets the infamous rapper, Tariq quickly realizes that this new role won't be easy.

Kaldrick shows hostility towards Tariq to hide his feelings for him from everyone else in the recording studio. Alicia is offered to make a sex tape. By the end of the episode, a lonely Connor shows signs of self harm.

Nick's love life heats up as he and Abby go on their first official date. Alicia finds hope for her career in the adult porn business, but her hopes may be short-lived.
