Blood Ties
Blood Ties is a Canadian television series based on the Blood Books by Tanya Huff; the show was created by Peter Mohan. It is set in Toronto, Canada and has a similar premise to an earlier series also set in Toronto, Forever Knight, in which a vampire assists police in dealing with crime. It premiered in the United States on March 11, 2007 on Lifetime Television, and during fall of 2007 on Citytv and Space in Canada. In May 2008, Lifetime declined to renew the series.

Ep 1Blood Price (1)
One late evening Vicki witnesses a gruesome murder – except because of her bad sight, she’s not really sure what she saw. She itches to get back to what she does best, solving crimes, but her old colleague, police detective Mike Cellucci warns her against getting involved. Meanwhile, Henry Fitzroy, a vampire living in Toronto, also decides to look into the murders lest they be blamed on a vampire – himself for example. Vicki and Henry team up to solve the case and Vicki aquires an assistant, Coreen Fennel.

After teaming up with Henry Fitzroy, it's up to Vicki and Henry to find out who raised this demon.
Ep 3Bad JuJu
After being attacked by a zombie, Vicki finds out that a voodoo priest has put death on her.
Ep 4Gifted
A young girl has telekintic powers that controls a demon. Meanwhile Mike is on the hunt to find out who Henry really is.
Ep 5Deadly Departed
A vengeful spirit and a witch is on the loose and their next target is close to Vicki and Mike.
Ep 6Love Hurts
A man hires Vicki to figure out if his wife is cheating on him. After she is found dead, the man is the prime suspect.
