CHEONG & YIN misunderstand that LAI & YAN are stable lovers. They claim that if CHEONG & YIN marry, they will provide them capital for developing business. KEUNG finds it as a good opportunity that should not be missed. He discusses with YANG. He then lies that YAN & LAI are lovers hoping that CHEONG will give them the money before they leave Hong Kong.
