Dr. Sado is a blood thirsty serial killer psychiatrist who lures hapless victims into her office lair via advertisements in smutty magazines. To assist in her perverted and horrific crimes are a weird cabal of mostly incompetent henchpersons who constantly stoke tension with their bungling.

Mr. Johnson, a repressed sexual deviant enters the office claiming that he wants to quit smoking. Dr. Sado sees through his smokescreen though and immobilizes him with Zombie powder. With the help of her bizarre staff she preps him for shock treatment therapy that will turn him into her maid.
