Meanwhile, Sportacus gets energetic as he introduces his exercise of the day. Mayor Meanswell and Bessie Busybody give us the latest headlines from LazyTown news. Stephanie and her friends are on the move as they show how to do the PlayTime dance, and Stingy learns a lesson on what's needed to practise football. Pixel sets Sportacus a new challenge to do a backward soccer kick.
