This show features the LazyTown characters in short, humourous sketches whilst Ziggy visits the UK to encourage healthy eating and getting active.
The LazyTown gang find out about sweet and juicy sports candy. Ziggy's UK adventures continue when he joins friends at a fruit farm to learn all about fruit picking. With the help of his friends, he discovers that candy is not the only sweet thing you can eat; what fruit needs to grow; and how best to pick fruit. Meanwhile, Sportacus does the Sportacus Move in his airship. Stephanie and Trixie make an apple castle in the kitchen. Stingy encourages everyone to eat sports candy, and the Mayor offers him helpful advice. Sportacus also shows how to play with fruit by doing the orange twist, and even Robbie Rotten shows an interest in sports candy when he tries to set a world record in juggling apples.
