They have four months to prepare for a sports event that requires extreme physical strength and strong endurance, but they are new to intense workouts and training. The members are gathered to train for cycling. After swimming, they need to ride bicycles for 40km. Seo Yeon, Ju Hyun, and In Ah are excited as it’s fun and refreshing to ride bikes. However, Uie must overcome her trauma first to learn how to ride bicycles. A few weeks later, the members are gathered at a CrossFit gym. They try a few exercises that will help them get ready for the triathlon.
