The story is told by the most prominent artists, from Karpe Diem and Lars Vaular to Tommy T and Warlocks.

In 1984 hip-hop is introduced in Norway through the movie "Beat Street". A few years later the hip-hop scene is almost gone. In the nineties politicians go to war against graffiti. But the winds are changing and in 1998 norwegian rap rules the charts.
