Ikki discovers that breaking the neon sign and two pairs of Air Trecks within a few days comes at a price. He also learns that Air Gear can be more than just riding a pair of Air Trecks. His friends on their part, Mikura Kazu and Onigiri discover something about Parts War on the internet, but they soon find out that it is not so easy as it looks.
