Early 2000's. In an urban Newark neighborhood called Avon, a group of teenagers looking for respect and escape drift into small-time drug dealing, only to find themselves pulled into a growing network far bigger and more dangerous than they understand. Marcus tries to convince Daniel to bring him into the business. Meanwhile, Paul resurfaces from the shadows alongside a small, lethal crew of former cops and hitmen. Having spent the last half-decade compiling a comprehensive surveillance map of Marcus's entire operation, Paul executes a flawless, quiet hit on one of Marcus’s key financial assets, proving he now has the exact blueprint to tear Marcus's life apart piece by piece.
