Description

This show challenges two French chefs to compete using ingredients typically found on supermarket shelves or on fast-food restaurant menus. Their goal? To develop recipes for items such as burgers, ice cream, chocolate bars, and potato chips. They must then recreate a mass-market product that closely matches its original composition, all under the watchful eye of Stéphane Rotenberg.

Episode 1Le Big Mac

For this first episode, chefs Yoann Conte and Thierry Marx will have to recreate McDonald’s iconic burger, the Big Mac, along with its classic fries. Camille Delcroix will explain which cuts of meat are chosen for this burger, where the ingredients come from, and how they’re stored.
