They are all given the rare opportunity to snoop round each other's houses to eye up the competition. Then armed with this knowledge, as well as £1000 and advice from Amanda, they have just one week to improve their homes.
Maureen needs to update her swimming pool that right now is an eyesore - but could give her home a real wow factor. Alison and Nathan have a garden room that could make a great office, but at the moment it's more of a dumping ground.
