Meanwhile, Tanya fires Shane which she mistakenly accuses him of stealing a customer's personal organizer. Later, at the party Tanya and Mal have a blow-up about his commitment to 'Raw' and then Shane opens up to her about why he left London. Elsewhere, Geoff becomes attracted to a very drunk Pavel
