Five part documentary about the life before and behind the screen at pro cycling team Etixx - Quick Step. For an entire year, the documentary makers followed Belgian cyclist Tom Boonen and his team mates.
During spring, all eyes are on Etixx - Quick-Step. Superstar Tom Boonen is the focus of a team that gets so much attention that you sometimes do not know if you are dealing with Flanders or with Hollywood. While Tom Boonen starts out the season recovering from a heavy injury, the rest of the team is failing to win a big race. Outside pressure is growing. Flanders is doubting the capabilities of "her" Tom Boonen. The team shuts out the outside world and aims at Paris-Roubaix with enough hunger to eat cobbles.
