Riggle, legendary stunt man commandant Dirk Hamsteak and the rest of the instructors spend the semester defending their beloved academy at all costs -- no matter how many people criticize it, go missing or die.

During lake training, the cadets discover a vortex that vanishes anything that's thrown into it, which is a problem for the mandatory Academy inspection, but possibly the solution too? Also there's a sex robot.
