Three chefs bring $5,000 each to play three hands of an underground culinary poker game, creating dishes based on the cards they are dealt and betting with their own money. Host Eric Adjepong challenges his longtime friend Alex Guarnaschelli to bring $5,000 of her own money to the kitchen -- only to pit her against two of her fiercest rivals, Chef Kevin Lee and Chef Arnold Myint.
